In this role you will manage E -Sourcing events (RFX and E -Auction) to execute the HGP Category E -Sourcing strategy for procurement spend. You will be delivering excellence of service and provide E-Sourcing expertise to maximize the savings delivery for the procurement e -sourcing events. Your responsibilities would include: managing E -Sourcing activities across the full scope of procurement categories for HGP & OpCosacting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in E -sourcing processes and applicable toolsoperating with a high degree of autonomy while partnering closely with Global Category Teams to design, manage, and execute complex e -Sourcing initiativesestablishing robust channels for collecting tender, specification, and supplier data, and delivering actionable insights through advanced analysis of event outcomesdriving efficiency by managing multiple high-impact e -Sourcing projects simultaneouslyengaging suppliers at an operational and tactical level to ensure seamless technical submissions and compliance with e -Sourcing requirements providing expert guidance and resolving escalations, fostering strong supplier relationships that support competitive and transparent sourcing processesmanaging and coordinating of multiple stakeholders, across different seniority levels, internally across HGP (Central & OpCo) and externally with suppliers, Shared Service Center and Technology partners to ensure a user-centric, efficient e-Sourcing process is put in placesupporting the pursuit of new ideas, ways of working and methodologies which can help improve efficiency and quality of the e -Sourcing process, with clear awareness of how it interfaces with all other aspects of the current and future HGP Toolkit including upcoming DBB deployment.You are a good candidate if you have: University Degree in a business, financial, supply chain, economic or technical discipline5 + years of work experienceprocurement experience ideally with proven e -Sourcing experience affinity with digital tools and processesstakeholder managementFMCG experience is a plusstrong, practical experience working with data and e-sourcing tools knowledge of Zycus iSource and Coupa Sourcing Optimisation is a plusfluent English (C1)strong abilities to connect and delivera result-driven mentality and great interpersonal skillsability to act as an owner, to work independently, curious and willing to understand the bigger picture, can -do mentality and ability to identify new improvement opportunitiesgood stakeholder management skills to lead e -Sourcing activities and keep them on track. good communication & influencing skillsability to see the wider picture to allow HGP to leverage its scale in a cross-category environmentability to build collaborative relationships across different stakeholder groups within HGP & OpCos capability of managing working under pressure and being able to manage multiple projects at any one time with some line manager input.What we offer:Private Medical HealthcarePerformance bonusPluxee cardLife insuranceReferral programDevelopment opportunitiesLocal and global job opportunities within HEINEKENHybrid work modelAt HEINEKEN Kraków, we take integrity and ethical conduct seriously.
