Talent Acquisition Partner (francuskojęzyczny) – rekrutacja w regionie EMEA, zarządzanie procesem od ogłoszenia po onboarding, sourcing, budowanie talent pipeline, analiza metryk i zapewnianie pozytywnego doświadczenia kandydatów. Wymagane: doświadczenie w rekrutacji, płynny francuski, znajomość ATS, zasady DEIA. Umowa o pracę, lokalizacja: Kraków.
Proven experience in recruitment, Fluent French required, Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques, Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers, Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-informed decisions, Experience with DEIA principles and the ability to incorporate them into the recruitment process, High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
