You bring at least 3 years of experience in eCommerce support, marketplace operations, or a related field, You understand eCommerce and online marketing processes, You have strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail, You enjoy working with data and reports and have an analytical mindset, You are skilled in MS Excel and comfortable handling multiple data sources, You communicate clearly and work well in an international environment, You speak English and Polish fluently, You are proactive, curious, and eager to optimize processes, Additionally, you have experience with consumer brands and have an affinity for pets
