Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or business management, Experience: Ideally relevant experience in procurement operations or supply chain management with focus on strategic sourcing, preferably in Crop Science / Chemicals, Technical Skills: Ideally experience in procurement systems (e.g.Ariba) and Microsoft Office Suite., Languages: Excellent proficiency in English and German is required., You thrive in team settings and believe that great ideas come from collaboration., You see challenges as opportunities and think outside the box to find solutions., You articulate your thoughts clearly and make complex topics easy to understand., You trust your gut, but you check it against the numbers., You see the big picture.
