The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in PriceFX, strong analytical capabilities, and proven experience collaborating with distributed teams across regions and vendors.Main responsibilities: Lead the requirements gathering process by collaborating with stakeholders to define and document business needs for the CRM / PriceFX implementation. Develop comprehensive business requirements, user stories, process maps, and pricing workflows to guide development and implementation teams. Analyze and optimize current pricing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement enabled by PriceFX capabilities. Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, validate proposed solutions, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams. Oversee the configuration and customization of PriceFX to ensure it meets business requirements and follows industry best practices. Define acceptance criteria, support the creation of test cases, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and assist with end-user enablement. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide structured updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process descriptions, functional requirements, solution designs, and user guides.
