About the role We are looking for an HR Services Advisor – Workday & ServiceNow (FR/EN) to deliver high-quality, customer-focused HR support across hire-to-retire processes. In this role, you will manage employee life-cycle programs, resolve queries, ensure compliance with HR policies, and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

🔹Responsibilities

• Manage employee life-cycle programs within defined scope

• Handle HR inquiries via email, cases, Workday, ServiceNow, chat or phone

• Ensure HR policies and processes are followed and escalate inconsistencies

• Prepare and update SOPs, templates, and process documentation

• Provide user support, training, and knowledge sharing for HR systems

• Participate in improvement initiatives and projects

• Maintain stakeholder relationships and deliver within SLAs

• Ensure compliance with data privacy requirements

🔹Our requirements

• Fluent French (C1) and English (B2+)

• HR experience (preferably in Shared Services)

• Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow

• Strong MS Office skills

• Ability to handle confidential data with professionalism

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Logical thinking and teamwork attitude
