Job description
As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding STX Next’s client base in Poland by building relationships with enterprise prospects and guiding them through the early stages of the sales process.
Responsibilities
Build and own your pipeline of enterprise clients using all available resources, including your personal network of contacts
Generate leads and schedule introduction meetings with prospects
Qualify leads through STX Next’s structured discovery process
Manage the pre-sales relationship with prospects, increasing engagement and identifying opportunities to sell services
Lead business meetings, client visits, and attend conferences to establish strong connections
Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Project Managers, and Sales to shorten the buying cycle and improve conversion rates
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements to optimize the sales process
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of STX Next’s services and the specific needs of the buyer persona
Keep up to date on new technology trends and make recommendations on potential new service offerings and pricing
Requirements
At least 10+ years of proven, data-driven lead generation and sales experience in IT services and/or products
Strong track record of successfully acquiring clients from SMB and corporate sectors
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, goal-oriented approach
Prospecting and networking skills, with the ability to build and manage your own pipeline
Analytical skills and attention to detail, with strong follow-up discipline
Experience working with prospects and clients from Poland and leveraging a strong local network
Familiarity with account-based marketing strategies
Strong communication and presentation skills in Polish (fluent) and English (B2 level or higher)
