Demonstrable previous experience in recruitment area, ideally in managing full-cycle end-to-end recruitment processes, Fluency in English and Czech language – both written and spoken, Strong interpersonal and communication skills proven by demonstrable experience in building relationships with client hiring managers, Proactiveness and ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment, Ability to adapt a consultative and detail-oriented approach to recruitment and selection, Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases and ATS., Communicative level of Polish or Romanian would be an asset, Previous experience in recruiting for Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry would be beneficial, Experience in various Candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. direct search, Boolean search, web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching)
