If you’re a Regular, Senior or Lead PD/UX Designer who enjoys building community and helping others grow, we want you on the leadership team!What’s the role about?As a PD Leader, in addition to your commercial designer project, you will manage a team of up to 5 members, with a focus on: Team Management: Conducting 1-on-1s, managing performance reviews & project escalations. Team Building: Team integration, knowledge-sharing, and community building. Growth & Feedback: Setting clear goals, supporting career paths, acting on constructive feedback &  managing promotions/proposing salary bumps. Communication & information flow: Sharing company news and advising your team on internal processes. RequirementsWe keep the 'hard' requirements simple: You’ve been with Netguru for at least 6 months. You are currently Regular, Senior or Lead PD / UX/UI Designer.
