All applicants must be located in Poland and must have a valid work permit for Poland, 2–4 years of experience working with Aras Innovator or other PLM systems in a functional or business analyst role, Good understanding of core PLM concepts (e.g. Parts, BOMs, ECOs, CAD data management), Experience with Aras configuration (e.g., workflows, forms, permissions, data modeling), Knowledge of C# and SQL, Experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Knowledge of Scrum / Agile practices, Ability to collect and document requirements and translate them into system functionality, Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, Strong communication and collaboration skills, Proficiency in written and spoken English, Passion for continuous learning and improvement
