The EMEA Talent Acquisition Organization supports all hiring countries in Europe, Middle East and ‎Africa – comprising nearly 40 possible hiring locations. The largest recruiting locations include Poland, the United Kingdom, and Portugal.

This role is based in Krakow, Poland, and is reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager.‎

Your responsibilities

1. Your role will include, but not be limited to the following:
2. Setting up and executing recruitment strategies
3. Being the first point of contact for the business area/line managers
4. Managing the full life cycle of recruitment activities such as direct sourcing, consulting, negotiations, and on-boarding
5. Working proactively with HRBPs and business managers to understand recruitment needs and to formulate recruitment plans
6. Researching innovative recruitment strategies and developing creative solutions to generate high-quality CVs
