Requirements description

Our expectations

  • Min. 8 years of experience in commercial projects from scratch for external clients.
  • Higher technical education.
  • Large, complex projects (>1.5M PLN, teams >10 members).
  • Ability to work in projects with various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Practical experience with PM tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project.
  • Certifications and standards: PRINCE2 Practitioner, Scrum Master (PSM/CSM) or equivalent.
  • Experience in preparing proposals for the public sector.
  • Ability to analyze tender and contract documentation with understanding – identifying requirements, risks, and contractor obligations.
  • Practical knowledge of industry-related laws and regulations.
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

  • Experience in public sector projects, including knowledge of public procurement law, tender documentation, and formal decision-making processes.

Your responsibilities

  1. End-to-end project management: from initiation and requirements analysis to implementation and post-go-live support.
  2. Scope, estimation, and backlog management.
  3. Advanced JIRA use: work organization, monitoring velocity, burndown charts, release planning, and progress reporting.
  4. Team planning and building (assessing needs, competencies, and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle).
  5. Managing low performance: identifying issues, coaching, corrective actions, and escalation.
  6. Acceptance of partial deliverables and substantive quality assessment for readiness for the next stages.
