Opis stanowiska

AVSystem is a Polish company founded in 2006 in Krakow. We design and create original software from the Internet of Things (IoT) and telecommunications domains. There are around 200 employees on board right now, and there definitely will be more of us, so here’s the case.Currently, we are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team to help us find new talents. We’ll screen your profile and if your experience and energy meet our expectations, we’ll arrange a video meet. Hands-on experience is crucial for this role, so we may ask you to tackle a short recruitment task. In the final step, we’d love to meet with you in our office to get to know you better. High five and welcome on board! Your responsibilities Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). Conduct initial interviews and schedule further stages with hiring teams. Manage inbound applications and candidate pipelines. Collaborate with managers and recruiters to support the recruitment process. Publish and edit job advertisements on various platforms. Participate in job fairs and other Employer Branding activities. Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding of employees. What makes you a perfect candidate? You have at least one year of experience as an IT sourcer. Basics in conducting initial interviews. Familiarity with Candidate Experience philosophy. Creativity, curiosity, and persistence. Excellent communication skills in Polish and English. Professional approach to work.
