Minimum 2 years of experience administering or supporting HR systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors)., Solid experience in designing, delivering, or improving HR processes., Strong understanding of HR data structures, integrations, and reporting., Experience working with incidents, changes, and system release., Very good Excel skills., Fluent English., Analytical and investigative mindset, with the ability to connect system behaviour with business processes., Strong sense of ownership, proactive approach to improvements, and comfort working independently., Ability to confidently collaborate with and challenge stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
