Required Experience & Qualifications are:, • 6–7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits within a global or multinational organisation., • Proven hands-on experience in:, • Salary benchmarking and survey management, • Merit and annual compensation review cycles, • Incentive plan design and implementation, , Technical Skills:, • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, large datasets)., • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)., • Strong executive presentation and verbal communication skills., , Soft Skills:, • High level of ownership and accountability., • Strong stakeholder management and influence skills., • Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix organization., Preferred Experience:, • Experience designing or supporting global benefits frameworks., • Experience in automation and digitalization of C&B processes., • Experience supporting organizational change, restructuring, or post-merger integration., • Experience in job architecture, role frameworks, and pay range establishment.
