Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field., Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in internal communications, within a global, matrixed organization, Team management experience and strong leadership and influencing skills, Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including ability to develop compelling messages that change perceptions, Communications measurement and ability to drive improvement in key metrics, Experience working with and coaching senior executives on their communications plans and helping them to execute, Knowledge and application of the advanced communication practices and a drive to innovate Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships at all levels of the organization., Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, Change management communications and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment., Empathetic: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to understand and address employee concerns., Proactive: Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently
