Your responsibilities

• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, offboarding, and related documentation
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing support on HR policies, benefits, payroll, and administrative matters
• Maintain accurate employee records and master data in HR systems; ensure compliance with legal and company requirements
• Prepare and deliver HR documents (e.g., employment certificates, earnings statements) to employees and external authorities
• Monitor compliance-related items such as medical exams, health & safety training, and personnel file documentation
• Job location also in Płock
• On top of that:
• Performing services in a diverse field, independently or through a team, that require practical knowledge of various procedures and practices
• Solving problems related to specialist work that falls within existing standards or practices
• Making the right decisions based on knowledge of regulations, instructions and practical principles of their application
• Participating in the development and implementation of new standards within a given process
• Developing methods of action, work techniques, procedures or instructions that are a framework for others to perform tasks

Our requirements

• Precise knowledge of the specifics and nature of tasks in various areas is required. The position requires knowledge of German labour law and/or remuneration or other specialist knowledge covering the managed area
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in HR or payroll admin for Germany or Austria based entities
• German language C1
• Experience in process transitions and transformations
• SAP knowledge – good to have
