Your responsibilities

• assisting customers in planning and managing their travel-related arrangements,
• recommending tailored products, services, and pricing options based on customer needs,
• supporting booking processes, changes, and post-purchase services,
• guiding users through the company’s online platform and self-service tools,
• handling customer inquiries and feedback via phone, email, and digital channels from international markets.

Employer requirements

• very good command of German and English (minimum B2 level),
• strong interpersonal and communication skills,
