Your responsibilities

  • Quote creation and follow-up
  • Creating and managing agreements in MySamskip
  • Managing group mailbox
  • Support for reporting (internal and external)
  • Back-up for Field- and Inside Sales
  • CRM support
  • Managing (sales related) invoice disputes
  • Daily interaction with other departments or stakeholders
  • Maintaining relationships with customers already existing in database

Our requirements

  • Experience in Administration
  • High organizational and time management skills
  • Precision, responsible, committed, willing to learn
  • Team player attitude and openness for global cooperation
  • Fluency in English language, written and spoken - mandatory
  • Familiar with Microsoft applications

Optional

  • Fluency in French
  • Experience in logistics or shipping would be a great advantage but not required
