Your responsibilities

• effective communication with customers via email and phone,
• cooperation with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing,
• handling customer inquiries and claims,
• entering and tracking orders in SAP,
• coordinating deliveries with logistics partners,
• monitoring payments and stock levels,
• supporting process improvements.

• fluency in German (B2/C1) and English (B2 minimum),
• excellent verbal & written communication skills,
• strong customer orientation,
• experience in customer service will be a plus,
