Zakres obowiązków

• Lead the creative team and help them grow
• Take ownership of design projects from starts to finish (marketing materials, presentations, digital content)
• Work with stakeholders to ensure projects meet business goals
• Improve processes and workflows to maximize efficiency and quality

Wymagania

• Min. 5 years of experience in design or creative teams
• Some leadership experience or desire to grow as a team lead
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Fluent English (min. C1)
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
• Excellent organizational and research skills
