Program Management Office - Establish and maintain governance frameworks, ensuring programs adhere to organizational standards, policies, and best practices
Portfolio & Resource Management - Coordinate resource allocation across projects and programs to optimize capacity and meet strategic priorities
Cross-Functional Orchestration - Coordinate efforts across multiple business units, product teams, and technical functions to ensure alignment and accountability. Drive communication, reports to senior management (incl. SteerCos, IR, BoD, OP, etc.), resolve conflicts, and remove obstacles to delivery. Establish governance models to maintain transparency and track progress
Execution Excellence - Own end-to-end program management, ensuring timely, on-budget, and on-scope delivery. Monitor key performance indicators such as milestone achievement and budget variance. Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans
Risk & Issue Management Support - Facilitate identification, tracking, and mitigation of risks and issues across programs to minimize impact on objectives
Process Improvement & Best Practices - Promote program management standards, tools, and methodologies across the organization. Mentor other program managers to strengthen delivery capabilities and continuously optimize processes for agility and efficiency
Who We’re Looking For:
You are a seasoned program manager with a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive strategic business outcomes. You excel at coordinating diverse teams and managing multiple stakeholders, from executives to operational staff. You thrive in dynamic environments, adept at managing scope changes, technological challenges, and market fluctuations. You bring a data-driven mindset to performance tracking and decision-making, and you balance urgency with quality to ensure successful delivery. Your leadership ensures smooth adoption of new processes and fosters continuous improvement across programs.
This role is a great fit if you have:
Fluent English – essential for navigating our international environment
8+ years of proven experience in project or program management, ideally within consulting, business strategy, or a similarly dynamic field
A strong grasp of business strategy and the ability to manage complex stakeholder networks in matrixed, international organizations
Strategic mindset with sharp problem-solving and critical thinking skills
A data-driven approach, with hands-on experience using BI and project management tools to inform decisions
Knowledge of PMI, ITIL, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills — you work well with diverse teams and bring people together to get things done
