Your responsibilities

  • Translate marketing strategies into in-store activities within Modern Trade and Small Format channels based on marketing annual plans and channel strategies
  • Understand market dynamics / consumer insights by channel to participate on strategic decisions
  • Identify and materialize business opportunities for marketing priorities behind strong sales tools: preparing sales recommendation and meaningful selling stories
  • Participate in annual plans preparation: bridging NR behind base, market trends and Big Bets
  • Evaluate key activities to maximize NR for future activations/promotions
  • Follow up the competition’s commercial activity in the category in order to detect business opportunities and potential threats for the brand
  • Co-operate close with key Mondelez business functions (Marketing, Channel Development, Demand Planning, Revenue Management)

Our requirements

  • 2-5 years work experience in commercial areas (most preferred: Marketing, Sales, Shopper/Consumer Insight)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare business recommendations
  • Excellent organization skills to manage multiple tasks still with high accuracy
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
  • Familiarity with market data and tools (Nielsen is mandatory, CMR would be an advantage)
  • Having a future-focused mindset, being curious about industry trends, digital solutions and innovation for consumers, and translating opportunities into business plans
  • Influencing stakeholders and interacting effectively with others with the courage and resilience to hold an alternative point of view
  • Very good Polish & English
