Your responsibilities

  • Support HR operations including employee data management, documentation, and reporting
  • Maintain accurate records in HR systems
  • Communicate with employees and stakeholders in German and English
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Provide administrative support for various HR projects and initiatives

Employer requirements

  • Fluency in German(B2/C1) and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
