Your responsibilities

  • processing of various individual commercial processes internationally (e.g. entry of warranty extension orders, service and maintenance contracts) and order tracking,
  • order processing for warranty extensions,
  • creation of service and maintenance contracts, commissioning and equipment maintenance,
  • cooperation and support for internal interfaces as well as support for our customers and branches with regard to warranty extensions and key user tasks,
  • collaboration in Warranty Program Support for current cases from the field and across departments for the registration process.

Employer requirements

  • experience in customer service / order management,
  • very good knowledge of English and German,
  • bachelor’s degree (business administration, logistics) – would be asset,
  • understanding of the order fulfillment processes in an international manufacturing company,
  • knowledge of SAP and Salesforce,
  • team player, high customer orientation, independent way of working.
