Your responsibilities

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the consulting and business support teams.
  • Creating and managing documentation in line with corporate standards (including proposals, job descriptions, progress reports, candidate presentations, project summaries, and client/candidate correspondence).
  • Coordinating recruitment processes – scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and accommodation for candidates.
  • Supporting billing and client invoicing processes in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Managing consultants' calendars and coordinating business travel logistics.
  • Preparing monthly expense reports and ensuring accurate cost allocations.
  • Assisting with office operations: reception tasks, meeting support, quality assurance of documentation, collaboration with IT, and contributing to special projects.

Employer requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Executive Assistant or project support role, preferably in an international business or consulting environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; experience in project coordination is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Fluent English – both spoken and written – is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.
  • High level of discretion, independence, and professional demeanor.
  • University degree is considered an asset.
