Zakres obowiązków

  • SAP employee data management
  • Collaboration with international management
  • Help for employees with questions on policies, practices, and roles as well as benefits, payroll, unemployment, and leave requests.
  • Support payroll processes for different countries.

Wymagania

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position in the HR/Payroll department
  • University degree
  • very good knowledge of English (B2/C1).
  • Understanding of payroll terms, procedures, and experience with process documentation
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of SAP
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to work for US time zone (afternoon shift)
