About the Role We are looking for a Junior Construction Drafter to join our growing Drafting Team in our Warsaw office. In this role, you will support exterior restoration and renovation projects in New York City by preparing clear, accurate, and well-organized construction drawings. You will work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, and Engineers in an international environment, contributing directly to real, built projects. About NOVA Construction Services NOVA Construction Services, LLC is a leading exterior building restoration contractor based in New York City, specializing in façade restoration, roofing, waterproofing, and structural repairs across Manhattan and Brooklyn. As part of our international growth, we are expanding our Warsaw office, which plays a key role in Drafting, Estimating, Marketing, Finance and Pre-Construction. Junior Construction Drafter Responsibilities: · Interpret and convert project documentation (architectural and structural drawings, specifications, surveys) into clear and accurate construction drawings · Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings for exterior renovations, layouts, and construction assemblies using CAD software · Collaborate with Project Managers, Estimators, and Engineers to ensure drawings align with project scope and requirements · Revise and update drawings based on comments, field conditions, and design changes throughout the project lifecycle · Maintain drafting standards and ensure compliance with building codes and company guidelines · Organize, manage, and archive drawing files and project documentation for current and past projects · Assist in developing and preparing permit sets and construction document packages · Participate in coordination and internal team meetings to resolve design or constructability issues · Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the Drafting Team and its processes Requirements: · Minimum 1 year of experience as a Construction Drafter, Assistant Architect, or in a similar role Basic understanding of descriptive geometry and construction documentation · Ability to read and prepare technical drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details) · Working knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD or GstarCAD; Rhino3D is a plus, other tools also appreciated) · Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (SharePoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook and Word) · Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus · High attention to detail and strong sense of drawings accuracy · Logical and analytical thinking Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical team members · English level: minimum B1, with emphasis on speaking and daily communication · Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn What we offer: · Employment in a stable, fast-growing international company with a strong presence in New York construction market · Daily collaboration with U.S.-based teams on real construction projects · A structured work environment with clear processes and development paths · Access to modern tools, standards, and working methods · Opportunity to grow within the Drafting Team and expand technical skills · Multisport card · Office located in the very center of Warsaw · Supportive, professional, and collaborative team culture
