Bring 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience as an AMS or implementation consultant, with deep knowledge of modules, functionality, and best practices., Hold Workday Pro certifications in at least three modules ideally HCM Core, Talent & Performance, and Recruiting and have experience integrating Workday with external HR, time tracking, and payroll systems., Demonstrate strong technical skills in troubleshooting, workflow configuration, and data management, paired with a solid grasp of HRM processes., Communicate confidently in English (B2+), with German as a plus, and excel at translating technical concepts for diverse audiences., Manage multiple priorities with ease, stay ahead of Workday updates and trends, and bring a client-focused mindset to every challenge., Solve problems with a proactive, analytical approach, delivering high-quality solutions that align with business goals.
