Responsibilities:

• Guiding tourists during sightseeing trips according to the planned itinerary.
• Driving guests safely between attractions (this is not a taxi-driving role).
• Providing engaging information about local culture, history, and attractions.
• Assisting guests throughout the tour and responding to their needs.
• Managing tour time efficiently to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• Ensuring a high standard of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintaining cleanliness and basic order inside the vehicle.
• Following road traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Reporting any incidents, delays, or irregularities during tours.
• Cooperating with the team to ensure well-organized tour operations.
• Working within a designated area.

Requirements:

• Valid driving licence of the appropriate category.
• Basic driving experience (professional taxi experience is not required).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in tourism, culture, and working with people.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Willingness to use mobile applications for tour coordination.
• Clean criminal record.
• Medical fitness to work as a driver.
• Fluent or good command of English (Polish is an advantage).
• Students and part-time applicants are welcome.
• High personal culture, professionalism, and attention to hygiene.
