Who we are looking for:

• University degree (Accounting or Finance)
• At least 5 years experience in a multinational company (preferably in a Shared Service Centre multifunctional role (i.e. Treasury Back/ Middle Office)
• Experience in Treasury, Treasury Accounting and Treasury systems related role
• Fluent English Language (oral and written)
• Working knowledge of Treasury Accounting specifics
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• ERP system Knowledge (SAP is a must)
• Great analytical and problem-solving skills with proven experience
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure and against challenging deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Team oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload
• Ability to coordinate multidimensional projects with multiple stakeholders

The purpose of the role and Key Responsibilities:

The position of Treasury Accounting Expert is contributing to overall efficiency of Treasury department and its high standards. The objective of the role is to provide high quality of services to markets by:

• Executing daily accounting activities
• Participation in Month End close and focus on most complex tasks
• Following Japanese SOX controls, internal policy and providing update to those if necessary
• Identify and collect possible process and system enhancements. Participate in process modification / enhancements / testing / process automation in SAP S4 Hana. Provides quality assurance tests on the end-products
• Active participation in process automation and other projects & active contribution to the deliverables
• Provide support to the other team members, delivering necessary reports and operational analysis
• Building strong and effective co-operation with multiple internal stakeholders
