Responsibilities: Performing Middle Office processes supporting investment funds' activity in the capital markets, including settlement of institutional clients' instructions and resolution of inconsistencies across multiple platforms Supporting clients' inquiries and providing transaction reporting and auxiliary activities Sending and monitoring settlement and payment instructions to custodian banks Building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Oversight teams Ensuring high quality of service delivered to internal and external clients Supporting co-workers in solving issues and ensuring continuity of daily service Maintaining and updating team procedures in line with audit and internal requirements Escalating issues or potential risks that may impact operational performance Actively proposing improvements to existing processes and applications  Requirements: Familiarity with SWIFT Professional command of English 2–3 years of experience in the financial sector, ideally within capital markets or investment operations Proficiency in MS Office, with strong focus on Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within the team Proactive mindset and willingness to raise observations or concerns when needed University degree in finance, banking, or a related field Nice to have: Experience in participating in operational or process-related projects is beneficial
