Our requirements

  • Fluency in English & Swedish (minimum B1/B2)
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Outlook
  • Team player with the ability to prioritize and troubleshoot effectively
  • Experience in Service Desk or Customer Support is a plus
  • Familiarity with ITIL, ServiceNow, KCS, or Microsoft O365 is an advantage

Your responsibilities

  • Provide end-user support and remote troubleshooting
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tickets simultaneously
  • Act as an escalation point for urgent IT incidents
  • Suggest process improvements based on recurring issues
  • Record and escalate unresolved problems using ITSM tools
