Our requirements

• At least 3 years of SAP consulting experience.
• Experience with the SAP AFS solution and knowledge of ABAP Workbench is an asset.
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science) or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to work with business users and non-IT personnel.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey ideas and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Optional

• Proven expertise in various logistic modules of SAP SCM (eg. MM, LE, DT, PP); knowledge of WM/EWM is a plus.
• Good knowledge of ITIL procedures, particularly in incident management processes; experience with ServiceNow is a plus.

Your responsibilities

• Managing SAP incidents and service requests at 2nd, or 3rd level support in the SCM area (LE, DT, MM) in ECC and partially in S4 systems.
• Defining and coordinating support processes in the SAP area.
• Training Business Key Users.
• Maintaining and enhancing existing processes, working on change requests, and supporting implementation projects.
• Suggesting solutions based on previous experience in system configuration and collaborating with ABAP developers, translating business requirements and processes into SAP functionalities and enhancements.
• Maintaining tight and active communication with international SAP teams.
