Our requirements

• Has at least 5 years of experience in IT analysis, data warehouse projects, or large analytical systems.
• Is proficient in databases, SQL, and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, SSIS).
• Can model data according to best practices.
• Has experience in data integration across multiple systems.
• Understands business processes and can translate them into technical requirements.
• Demonstrates analytical thinking, independence, and initiative.
• Works effectively in a team and shares knowledge.
• Communicates in English at a level enabling work with documentation and international teams (min. B2).
• Is familiar with task and documentation management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Optional

• Experience in the insurance sector.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Lakehouse, Azure DevOps).
• Experience in designing IT system architecture.

Your responsibilities

• Analyzing business and technical requirements and translating them into specifications for development teams.
• Designing data solutions to support key business processes (data modeling, business logic, data sources, ETL processes).
• Collaborating with IT and business teams to create consistent and efficient analytical solutions.
• Participating in the design and development of Data Warehouse architecture and Business Intelligence systems.
• Mapping business and technical processes and identifying improvements in the data warehouse area.
• Creating and maintaining technical and functional system documentation.
• Supporting data analysis, report preparation, and dashboard development.
• Defining, implementing, and promoting best practices in software development.
