Our requirements

• fluent written and spoken English skills (B2 level is a must)
• availability to work between 10 am - 6pm (preferably)
• experience in an internal IT department
• good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory
• flexible, solution - oriented approach and a "can-do" attitude
• strong communication, organizational and planning skills

Your responsibilities

• whole IT support, including helpdesk and first level contact; responding to and resolving technical problems within worldwide entities (NA i NAFTA region and partially EU, Poland)
• performing software installations, hardware deployments, system rebuilds
• participation in implementation and testing of new IT systems
• cooperation with external IT providers
• maintenance of IT documentation
