Our requirements

  • Previous experience in IT support (L1 or L2); L2 experience is a strong advantage.
  • Solid technical understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Ability to diagnose more advanced issues involving hardware, infrastructure, and networks.
  • Strong communication skills in Polish and English.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently on-site.
  • Full-time on-site availability in Ropczyce.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical support to on-site users.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (Windows, PCs, printers, O365).
  • Handle user account management (password resets, access requests, AD).
  • Log, track, and update support tickets in the system.
  • Resolve basic network and infrastructure issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (workstations, Wi-Fi, printers).
  • Collaborate with L2/L3 teams for escalations and follow technical procedures.
  • Ensure IT services meet operational standards and support manufacturing continuity.
