Our requirements

• Experience as a data science professional with several years of hands-on work delivering end-to-end projects - from exploratory data analysis to model deployment, results processing and evaluation (e.g. A/B tests).
• Expertise in working with tabular data and time series, including strong skills in EDA, feature engineering, predictive modeling, and evaluation.
• Good programming skills in Python.
• Experience as a proactive team leader with a track record of managing analytics teams and coordinating work with business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills - able to clearly translate complex technical topics into business-friendly language and vice versa; capable of transforming business requirements into effective ML solutions.
• Solid understanding of business data and processes.
• Confidence in client-facing environments - skilled at gathering requirements, shaping analytical roadmaps, and delivering measurable business value in real-world settings.
• Fluency in English (you will attend meetings with English speaking clients). Polish is a plus.

Optional

• Experience with deep learning models, computer vision, GenAI etc.

Your responsibilities

• Work on end-to-end data science projects involving classical machine learning or statistical methods (e.g. time series forecasting) as well as deep learning approaches from data exploration and modeling to deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into machine learning solutions.
• Present complex analytical findings in a clear, actionable way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contributing to analytical planning and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Actively support presales processes by preparing data/ML solution concepts, participating in client meetings, and estimating project scope and potential.
• Help shape the future Data Science team by contributing to the area’s development strategy and supporting recruitment initiatives.
