• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365​
• In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems​
• In-depth knowledge of scripting with Microsoft Intune​
• Completed training/certifications in the mentioned field of work or product environment will be plus​
• Confident and professional demeanor when dealing with internal customers both on the phone and in person​
• Min 2 years of professional experience in the mentioned field​
• Good English skills​
• Strong analytical skills​

Your responsibilities

• Administration and maintenance of clients manager viaMicrosoft Endpoint Manager
• Scripting and packaging new software via Microsoft Intune
• Operation and management of Microsoft Endpoint Manager
• Coordination and alignment with the external service provider
• Coordination of configuration and service changes
• Participation in the integration of systems into the existing IT infrastructure
• IT support for application managers in technical matters
• Participation in the further development of the IT system landscape according to the requirements of new infrastructure projects
