As we grow, we’ll continue to hire more individuals who share the same mindset.And now, we are looking for an exceptional Technical Solution Engineer!What you'll doBuild deep expertise across our platform — from front-end interfaces and APIs to backend logicDiagnose, debug and resolve technical issues, communicating clearly with stakeholders about challenges, limitations and proposed solutionsProvide expert technical support and guidance to Clients & Partners, ensuring issues are handled effectively and efficientlyManage incidents, fulfil service requests and support ongoing issues as well as change-management processesWork closely with first-line Client Associates to strengthen their technical understanding, and partner with second-line Engineers to ensure smooth and timely problem resolutionDevelop a strong understanding of our internal systems and codebase, enabling you to simplify and resolve server-side technical challenges with confidenceWhat we're looking forFluent English, as it’s our main language for day-to-day communication with clients and teamsA solid technical foundation gained through studies in Computer Science/IT or equivalent practical experienceGood understanding of SQL, including interpreting database structures and writing effective queriesAbility to read PHP (our primary language) and understand backend logic; debugging experience (e.g. Xdebug) and writing simple scripts are a plusKnowledge of HTTP communication and how systems interact through APIsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and resolve complex issuesUnderstanding of ecommerce systems — ideally including headless setups and APIs such as REST or GraphQLExperience working with logging and monitoring tools such as Kibana or GrafanaClear and confident communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiencesBenefitsEnel-med medical insuranceMyBenefit CafeteriaCutting-edge equipment (MacBook, AirPods, etc.)Office massages and wellness perks to help you rechargeSupport for learning: budget for courses, conferences, and self-developmentA multicultural and inclusive environment with regular team-building eventsA casual dress code and pet-friendly workspaceAttractive referral programOur recruitment process1.
