It has a team of more than 400 professionals developing a variety of products and services to safeguard cryptocurrency assets, including worldwide leading hardware wallets.As a Technical Project Manager, you will join an international team responsible for driving key Infrastructure and Platform Engineering initiatives that support production services and delivery processes. You will play a crucial role in steering projects from definition to production, ensuring alignment, clarity, and effective collaboration across teams. Your daily responsibilities Leading project planning, risk management, and action plans to ensure successful project execution Coordinating communication with stakeholders and associated teams to keep everyone aligned and informed Focusing on Infrastructure Platform Engineering objectives to support delivery, including- Infrastructure security improvements- Development and maintenance of engineering tools such as CI/CD pipelines Ensuring Jira data quality and compliance with Delivery guidelines Preparing team capacity planning and forecasting to optimize resource allocation Reporting on monthly activities in detail, providing insights and updates to management Preparing and publishing project dashboards and reports for stakeholders for solution implementation, configuration, test execution and reporting   We need you to have Proven experience in technical project leadership and managing projects end-to-end (5+ years) Strong understanding of Infrastructure and Platform Engineering concepts Familiarity with CI/CD tools and infrastructure security practices Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with Jira and data quality standards in project management Strong organizational skills for capacity planning and reporting Proficiency in English; knowledge of Ukrainian is a plus  Our offerIn addition to great company and challenging projects, we can offer: Agile and friendly atmosphere, non-violent communication and full respect for diversity Possibility to choose from onsite (in Lodz, Poland) or hybrid work (2-3 days a month in our office in Łódź city centre) B2B or Employment Contract - you choose Renumeration on B2B contract: 1.000-1.300 PLN net/day Renumeration on Employment Agreement: 16.000 - 20.000  PLN gross per month
