Master's degree in technical studies or equivalent., Experience producing technical documentation (ePlan mechanical drawings and electrical circuit diagrams, functional descriptions)., Hands-on experience with condition monitoring techniques (vibration analysis, thermography)., Knowledge of rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, and motors., Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills., Strong communication skills in English (oral and written)., Attention to detail and ability to work independently., Asset: Familiarity with vibration analysis tools and software, understanding of FFT, modal analysis and basic Machine Learning techniques., Asset: Be certified as ISO Vibration Analysis CAT I-III.
