At least 8-10 years of experience in similar position (project management/service delivery), Strong experience in services delivery and team management in worldwide organizations, Strong experience in cybersecurity related practices (preferably pentests or pentest coordination), Problem-solving mindset and hands-on experience in international process/procedure implementation, Ability to manage/facilitate a meeting or committee, Ability to work effectively and in strong collaboration with teams located in multiple countries, Ability to manage a service with dependancies on teams located in multiple countries, Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Level of education: Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in computer science, cybersecurity or related fields
