SAP HCM Consultant: min. 3 years of professional experience as SAP HCM / SAP H4S4 Consultant, Integrative system understanding and specific knowledge in the implementation (customizing) of relevant processes in SAP HCM and SAP H4S4, Experience in SAP Application Management for SAP HCM and SAP H4S4 or experience in SAP H4S4 implementation projects (brownfield/greenfield), Good knowledge of the SAP modules PA, PY, Knowledge of personnel cost planning, organizational management, and SAP HCM integration into SAP Finance, English B2+, German B2+, Willingness to travel and longer stays abroad (three two-weeks sessions monthly within 0,5 year), Willingness to familiarize yourself intensively with German social security and tax law as well as legal requirements and framework conditions in the area of German payroll accounting and their implementation in SAP HCM and SAP H4S4, Good knowledge of ITIL processes and their implementation in the context of Application Management Services (ideal with Service Now), Initial experience with agile working methods (SCRUM, KANBAN or Design Thinking) and DevOps tools such as Jira and Confluence, Experience with SAP Activate, SAP S/4HANA deployment options and S/4HANA migration approaches in the context of HCM desirable.
