5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud technologies and/or Linux-based systems., Experience with system hardening (SELinux, CIS benchmarks) and storage management (LVM, XFS, ext4)., Proficiency in scripting using Python, Go, or Shell., Practical experience with Terraform (modular design, state management), Ansible, or Puppet., Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP/S, DNS, TLS, gRPC)., Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as tcpdump, Wireshark, iperf, nmap., Experience with load balancers and proxies (HAProxy, NGINX, Envoy)., Skills in firewall and certificate management (iptables, nftables)., Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes operations, traffic management, mTLS, RBAC, and cloud-native security., Experience with Azure Resource Manager, Managed Identities, and Key Vault., Excellent English communication skills., Creativity, accountability, teamwork skills, and willingness to continuously learn., Willingness to come to our office in Gdańsk two days a week or relocate to Trójmiasto, Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD)., Familiarity with Google Cloud Operations Suite., Incident response and root cause analysis skills., Knowledge of performance benchmarking tools (sysbench, fio)., Experience in disaster recovery, backup strategies, and security compliance., Collaboration with development teams on performance and stability topics.
