Opis stanowiska

At Zeta Labs (founded by two former Meta engineers), we’re building Jace.ai - an AI email assistant that works right inside your inbox. We’ve raised over $10M in pre-seed funding from top investors, including the former Head of AI at Apple, and we’re just getting started.As our Support Specialist, you’ll be the first person our users reach out to. You’ll answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and make sure every interaction is friendly, clear, and genuinely helpful. You’ll also help us build our support function from the ground up - shaping workflows, improving how we communicate with users, and figuring out what “great support” looks like as we scale.A big part of the role is working directly in the Jace platform, so you won’t just be responding to tickets - you’ll be close to the product and regularly feeding insights back into what we build next.This is a full-time, remote role.
