Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:Solutions Architect100% remote work from Warsaw (Remote-first, occasional on-site days)Responsibilities: Sets standards in scope of design, development, quality and testing Designs and communicates system architecture Design interoperability and interfaces with other systems Elicits needs, analyses requirements Transfers business, users and technical needs into architectures Maps business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, system features Analyses available systems Identify options for potential solutions Maintains and tracks architecture in systems lifecycle Estimate and size software development works Contributes to systems design, testing, quality assurance, change management Prepares system documentation and provides presentations Lead development teams and development processes Selects and evaluates technologies Collects and interprets system metrics Optimizes system from performance, security and quality points of view Requirements: Minimum 8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in a similar architect role Master’s degree in ICT or equivalent 2 relevant certifications (e.g. TOGAF, UML or equivalent) English level B2 or higher (certificate or willingness to take exam) Proven experience as lead/key architect for at least 2 large-scale software systems Strong expertise in enterprise and microservices-based architectures Solid knowledge of system capacity planning, security and integration Advanced UML modelling and system design skills Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, RUP, ISO) Hands-on experience with .NET-based solutions and large-scale systems Experience with Azure and related technologies (Azure DevOps, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Kafka, SQL Server, Redis) Strong communication, documentation, leadership and problem-solving skills Offer: Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program
