Lead the end-to-end setup and launch of BI processes for new partner and product initiatives.Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional BI/reporting specifications.Collaborate with data architects and engineers to ensure smooth data integration and quality.Analyze business processes and reporting workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to prioritize data and reporting needs.Define KPIs, success metrics, and performance benchmarks to guide decision-making.Design and prototype dashboards/reports ensuring usability and clarity.Support reporting cycles by validating data accuracy and preparing executive-ready outputs.Promote data literacy and train stakeholders on BI tools and solutions.Maintain documentation of reporting processes and data definitions.

Kogo poszukujemy? 5+ years of experience in a data analytics / BI consultant position.Proven experience in the insurance or financial services industry (nice to highlight if relevant).Strong knowledge of SQL and proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn).Hands-on experience with BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured thinking.Excellent communication skills and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.Proficiency in English (min. C1).Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
