This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with a leading firm and play a pivotal role in driving Agile project delivery. You will cooperate with high performing teams to support global clients, ensuring successful project execution through Agile methodologies, innovation, and collaboration. Key responsibilities Leading Agile project delivery for AI & Data solutions on modern cloud platforms. Facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews. Managing project timelines, scope, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies (India, Italy, etc.). Tracking and reporting project progress using Agile metrics and KPIs. Identifying and mitigating risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Driving continuous improvement and Agile maturity within teams. Ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective communication across all levels. Maintaining project documentation and knowledge bases. Supporting change management and adoption of Agile practices.

Skills and attributes for success Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks. Excellent facilitation and coaching abilities. Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication in English and Italian. Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution. To qualify for the role, you must have Degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience. Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in global environments.Strong understanding of Agile principles and project delivery. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and data solutions. Proficiency in Agile project management tools. Fluency in English and Italian (B2–C2 levels).
