You will design, develop and run backend services and data-driven solutions that create real value for our business.Working in an agile environment, you will:Shape and implement technology and business solutions for our Lines of BusinessBuild, deploy and maintain scalable, cloud-native services on AWSDevelop and improve RESTful APIs and data pipelinesExplore new tools and technologies and bring them into our stack where relevantCollaborate with product owners, engineers and stakeholders to refine user stories, deliver features and resolve technical issuesHelp drive optimisation and operations research initiatives within the product

Kogo poszukujemy? Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar5+ years of backend development with Python and AWS, building scalable, high-performance systemsStrong experience creating RESTful APIs (Flask or similar), CI/CD and DockerSolid understanding of cloud architecture and running complex solutions on AWSExperience with Agile/SCRUM, TDD and DDDAbility to model and solve complex optimisation problems is an advantageExperience with PostgreSQL and data pipelines (ingestion, integration, visualisation) is a plusExcellent English communication skills and ability to work in teams of 5+ peopleCurious, proactive, business-oriented mindset and strong sense of ownership across architecture, development and support
